Ok – it has been a week since I ate badly. I got my eating back on track by Tuesday. I have still felt a bit tired and constipated all week.

Today that seems to be going away. I have read that it is bad to take a lot of products to help with elimination so I have just keep drinking my water and eating health in the hopes that my body will get back on track.

It has taken a week but I am finally feeling my body get back to the way it should be.

At least I now know what will happen if I go over board again. It will take a least a week for things to get back on track.

I know that eating a little bit will not be a bad thing but it is the 4 days I spent eating the wrong things that caused my issues.
