I know that the best, safest and longest lasting way to loos the fat is to do so slowly. I am averaging 2 pounds a week in fat loss.
It took 40 years to reach this weight and it will not be gone overnight but i really wish it would go away faster than it is. I know that I am eating right and exercising and the weight is going away at a safe and effective manner.
So despite my impatience I will continue on my journey knowing it will take time but the results I am getting now will be easier to maintain than if I went on a crash diet.
The lifestyle changes I am make will be with me forever and when I achieve my goal I will not be going back to the way things use to be but will continue on the road to a healthy and fit lifestyle
