Let me start out by saying that I do not agree with all of these rules. I am switching my eating plan to totally vegan – so I have chosen not to eat any animal products. This was done for reasons other than weight/fat loss. I know and understand that this is not the choice made by everyone will make the same choice so the section about meat was left in the original article.
