I really blew the eating this weekend. I started eating poorly (with McD hashbrowns on Thursday and ending with Sundays dinner of french fries and a funnel cake). I know I did not gain any good points.

Worst than that I did not drink my water.

When I got up on Monday I was feeling really bad – bloated with a heavy stomach.


By the end of Tuesday – when I had got my eating back under control – I had lost 1 pound and was feeling much better.
