I have been a bit busy the last few days.  There is snow here between 2 - 3 feet depending on where you are - which has keep us a bit confined.

I have been updated the web site and my daily workout. I always do my daily back stretching (I have back problems and these were given to me by my Physical Therapist - they help a lot) exercises but I have started adding a daily 15 minute walk. I do cardio Monday, Wednesday and Friday  and  strength training on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. This sort walk I have added is just a quick walk around the block at lunch but it helps keep me focused for during the afternoon.

My weight is down another pound.  This is a total of 29 pound lost since I stated June, 2009. I feel great.
