I have been at a standstill for the last month or so. It has been very frustrating.
However, after a visit to the DR - I have high cholesterol - I did a re-evaluation of my diet and found out I was eating too much fats so I cut the fat down and have lost about 4 pounds this week.
I am eating nothing with a higher fat percent than 10%. It has made calorie counting pretty much un-necessary.
I am very relieved to be loosing again but a bit concerned about the fast rate it is going. If it continues I will need to take a look and see what I need to do to add more calories.
