The classes were a lot of fun and contained a lot of information on training techniques that look like a lot of fun.
They stressed variety, accumulated aerobic exercise (for 200 – 300 minutes per week) and resistance training. This is something I have been doing but it is nice to see better ways of implementing training plans.
Yesterday, I took a course on common causes and remedies for back pain. A lot of that information is the same as what my physical therapist gave me. But there the course did explain the whys of using ice instead of heat, performing stretches before getting out of bed and many other great ideas.
